An architect produces documentation in every phase: descriptive reports, technical specifications, licence dossiers, meeting minutes, site reports and handover documentation. Most of it is rewritten from scratch from data that already exists. The pattern is always the same: there is data, whether a model, notes, regulation or communications, and a document to produce, and AI connects the two. The module applies this to descriptive reports, BIM-derived specifications, code-compliance verification, take-off for budgeting, minutes from notes, and conversational querying of the model.

Methodology
Learn by doing, on the student's own real project. No software tutorials: a pre-built starting package is provided and base resources are given apart. Sessions combine a short input, guided practice and critique.
