Manuel Monteserín

Territory · Communication · AI Design Practice

Manuel Monteserín is a practitioner working across territorial intelligence and architectural communication — two phases of the design process that define how architects understand place and convey ideas. His professional practice has combined data-driven site analysis with advanced visualisation and spatial narrative, working at the scale of cities and regions as well as individual projects.

His approach to AI in communication is direct: the goal is not to use AI to produce generic renders but to build pipelines that generate architectural images, animations, and spatial sequences that are specific to the project — grounded in its actual geometry, materials, context, and design intent. He has led projects integrating real-time rendering, AI image generation, and automated narrative production into coherent communication workflows for architectural and urban design practice.

At MIAWS he serves as Module Coordinator for F6 (AI Communication — AI-driven architectural visualisation, rendering pipelines, animated narratives, presentation environments, and the full communication workflow from concept to client).
